Yes, they're very close. I've used both for many years on Windows. 
SecureCRT shows the polish of a larger organization, while ZOC has some 
unique UI optimizations, and developers that are receptive to suggestions.

I like ZOC's approach well enough that I've suggested some of its 
features to the author of ROXTerm, some of which have been implemented.

I thought we were talking about emulators running on Linux, and I wasn't 
aware of either being available there, but I haven't checked.
