Why do they all have printers? Are they really generating that
much paper?

Would they rather have fast, high-quality printers at the cost
of having to walk a little to pick up the output?

For medium-volume black-and-white duplexing, I like Brother
printers a lot.

For color, I would recommend Xerox Phaser as well.
