recommendations for IT recruiters...

Hi Folks,

So I find myself in the position of having to contemplate a new place of
employment. I was wondering if any of you out there had recommendations
for IT recruiter companies, or companies you have used in the past. OR
is word of mouth better, or posting my resume to BLU ? :) ( I am a
recent (3 year) transplant from CA, so don't have any local networks
here in MA)
