Verizon FIOS in Winchester?

Or the legal issues with the town and/or apt. complex took longer to work
out than they expected...

FIOS came to my town about 3 months before Verizon was allowed to offer TV
service, and there wasn't that much uptake until people could get all three
services that Comshaft was offering; after the exclusivity contract with
Comcast expired, people switched to Vz in droves.
