Comcast encrypts extended basic channels

Comcast does offer 2 free DTAs to customers. They must provide the
content to their customers either by preserving the analog channels or
by providing a device to support analog TVs. The issue is that they make
the content available to their basic subscribers. If they feel like
encrypting the content and providing a magic decoder box, they are free
to do so.=20
