I use Evernotes for my personal stuff. I have not seen any company
policy prohibiting the use of such services.

My office is only 7 people, but we are part of our New York Office, but
most IT is in Toronto, Company HQ. Company is about 150 people.

My boss. He is a VP. While I am not in the IT organization, I manage the
systems in Boston although I am a software engineer.
