This is regarding the email and law enforcement post.

No clear data in the cloud is safe. Nothing. Not even "dropbox." The only
way to make data safe in the cloud is to encrypt it on premises and then
copy it up encrypted.

A cloud service does not have the same confidentiality that a lawyer
would. They can be forced to give law enforcement anything it wants. It is
very rare that a cloud provider will fight any such requests. If there is
an NSA letter involved, it won't/can't even tell you what's happening.
