There's a suite of DRM removal tools for ebooks that can scrape the DRM
off of Kindle, Nook, and several other ebook formats. The one format it
can't remove is the Apple iBook DRM.

As for TV and movies from iTunes, I'm not aware of any DRM removal tools
for these.
