In principle, yes, but first you should make sure that doing so won't
violate your employers' policies.

Also, if your employer requires access to your secret key, then using
that key as your personal key would give your employer full access
to your personal encrypted data and also allow your employer to forge
your signature. It's safer to only use your work key for work-related
things, and create for yourself an entirely separate personal key.
