Clarifying my answer... all IEC 60320 couplers are rated to 250V so
they can all be used for 120V, 208V, etc.  The different pairs
C13/C14, C19/C20 refer to their maximum current ratings, temperature
ratings, etc.

For NEMA connectors such as 5-20, the number 5 refers to a 125V
rating.  6 would be used for a 250V rating.  "L" would be used to
indicate a twist-lock style connector.
