I think you are better off carrying because you can shepherd it through
customs. Both UPS and FedEx have overnight services but, you cannot
guarantee how fast stuff will go through customs. Best bet is to talk to
UPS and FedEx. One issue is that if there is a fee, the item could be
held until the fee is paid. Carrying the item will at least be cheaper.
