[Discuss] OpenOffice/LibreOffice Base

I received some email from a person associated with the BLU who is 
converting a client from MS Access to LibreOffice or OpenOffice Base. 
The problem as she describes it is that the documentation is either too 
advanced or too basic. I'm not sure whether she needs someone she can 
call to ask questions, or someone to actively help with the project.
