The Prime95 stress test. It's designed specifically to run CPU cores and
RAM to their limits.

FurMark. Like Prime95, FurMark is designed to stress GPUs to their limits.

Fair warning: both tools can overheat a system to the point of physical
damage if it lacks sufficient cooling.
