More likely, though, is that you run a hidden primary server
which supplies information to two or three free or low-cost DNS
services which will handle dispersion for you.

Good free or cheap services (a partial list):

easydns
namecheap
hurricane electric
dnsmadeeasy
freedns.afraid.org

Choose any two. If you are paying more than $20/year, it should
be for enterprise features.
