[Discuss] Fidelity voice-recognition security?

And how, exactly, do they distinguish between your voice and someone 
playing back a recording of your voice?

The big problem is that this discussion reaches only a very small subset 
of their customers - the techies.  To have any effect, the stupidity of 
this feature needs to be broadcast to the public at large.  And getting 
publicity for issues like this is something that we techies aren't 
terribly skilled at.
