assuming his boss pays for the update service - because he can blame every problem on M$ and tell PHB that everyone's in the same boat. Linux, however, is (IMNSHO) a better security environment than M$ because, as many have pointed out here and elsewhere, M$ considers security to be a public relations issue, and only fixes things that too many people know are broken.
