I wonder if he is an undiagnosed autism spectrum case and his “stubborn” and “antisocial” behaviors are something he really can’t just “knock off”.
Having said that even if one has autism it doesn’t mean behaviors are always excused there is therapy and training to get them selves under control and more capable of interaction in public.
