[HH] Porting mjpg-streamer to run on the Raspberry Pi

In a subsequent message someone mentioned getting a low frame rate
through the Raspberry Pi (15 fps vs. 30 on a full PC), and someone
posted the response below, which may be of interest to those planning to
use their Raspberry Pi to shuffle bits to/from Ethernet and USB.

The bottleneck is the USB port, since the LAN chips is integrated to an
external USB [hub] IC on the device. So both the camera and the LAN
traffic is gone through the downstream USB port of the Broadcom SoC.
