[HH] cheap navigation unit

I will put together a longer response but basically I was looking at how the
Prius seemed to know where you were going after we entered the Ted Williams
tunnel. I assume it had a pretty good INU built-in, and had access to the
speedometer which an equivalent walking / handheld device wouldn't have... but
maybe a handheld device could precalculate routes through the buildings in the
area that we are in (prior to us going inside and losing signal)... is there a
free Skyhook-like system model?... I was looking at projects like
