[HH] bicycle made from cardboard

A short documentary of a guy working through the process of seeing if a
functional bicycle can be made from cardboard:

While the frame, wheels, seat, and many of the other parts in the final
design are clearly made from cardboard, the film never details the bits
that weren't.

The flat looking design of the frame makes me wonder if anyone has tried
making bike frames from aluminum honeycomb.
