How repairable is your tablet?

Our engineers disassembled and analyzed each tablet, awarding a
repairability score between zero and ten. Ten is the easiest to
  repair.

Dell tablets are best, followed by the original Kindle Fire and Motorola
Xoom. Nexus 7 is in the upper middle of the pack. iPads full up the
bottom, getting worse with each successive model. Surface Pro was the worse.

So if you want to hardware hack a tablet, a Dell might be your best
pick. (Did anyone buy Dell tablets? They might be a good bargain on
eBay, too.)
