It's a 6W iron that draws 800mA @ 5 V. So you could power it with a 1 A
USB car power adapter. They claim it can reach almost 900 oF in 15 to 20
seconds.

They say it can even be powered by a 9 V battery. (The question is, will
it reach temperature before the battery is drained?)
