As many of you are aware, last spring Yahoo changed their DMARC policy
(https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/yahoo-dmarc-policy-sln24050.html).
This caused major problems for all listservs. Mailman implemented a fix
in their version 2.1.16...

Please notify your list members that our email and listservs will be
offline for some time between 7:00AM EST Jan 3, 2015 and 5:00PM EST Jan
4, 2015. If all goes well the upgrade should only take an hour or so.
