[HH] schematic and layout tools?

If I panelize boards and cut them myself (hacksaw, bandsaw, scrollsaw) I
use PCBexpress(could be Sunstone now). I usually make large panels so the
price per in^2 is low. PCBexpress standard delivery is two days for two
layers.

If I want v-scores I use advanced circuits. five day turn.

I have noticed that for small panels or large panels PCB express is lower
cost.
