Related, having had discussions with a Bertucci's MGR on my boss's
nickel, my special requirements may be simpler now ... their standard
pomodoro is Billy-safe, so i can do any meatless with normal red sauce
that omits my specific bad vegs , or even Hamburger.

(Although i still like and recommend 3 cheese & garlic, whether white
or red ... when i order from Cindy's, Feta & Garlic is my standard,
and it's gotten popular enough with Perl folks i only had one leftover
slice to take home this week.)
