[BLU/Officers] Opinions on pgp keys with no identity?

There are currently 2 keys registered for the keysigning party that have no
identity attached:

   * F922B906 (keybase.io/anhar)
   * 48818E6E (b5d1f0f4-455f-430d-96de-b832d00bd5ef)

I don't see how we can fit them into our keysigning procedure in a manner
where we can adequately establish a proper level of trust for these keys.

I'm tempted to delete them from the check sheet, so they won't cause
confusion for tomorrow's BLU meeting.

What are your thoughts?
