[BLU/Officers] Next InstallFest?

I've heard from Bill and Jerry. So far, Bill probably can't make it any of
the four dates, Jerry is fine with Dec 5, and Nov 28 is the weekend of
Thanksgiving.

Does anyone else have a conflict with Dec 5?
