[BLU/Officers] Sam can't speak in July or August

[Jerry Feldman]

He is preparing for Openstack East that occurs in August. I offered him
October 19th.
Possibly Chris Allen and I can do a joint presentation in July. I'm asking
Mason Bliss to do a presentation. He is a ZFS guy. Not sure if he can do
August yet.
