[BLU/Officers] Next InstallFest?

I'd like to schedule the next InstallFest for Saturday, December 3, if
there are no major conflicts for that date.

Alternative dates would be November 19, November 26, and December 10.

November 26 is a couple days after Thanksgiving, so I imagine it might
be a problem for anyone traveling far to spend the holiday with
family.

Is everyone okay with December 3? Does anyone know of conflicts for
the various dates?
