Not sure what you have to do to set a time zone 3 days in the past/future !
(Did you accidentally drag it? What else could do that? )

That's not how it looks in Gcal in FF.
or Gcal in Chrome.
And not how it looks on my Android either.

I see off by an hour, not off by 3 days.

And if you look at the BLU ICS file fetched in my prior message you'll
see the DTSTART is consistent with that.
