[BLU/Officers] MIT parking DEFCON has changed

We could look at some of the similarly laid out rooms at say, Bldg 56...
http://student.mit.edu/roominv/roominv.cgi#56-114  this doesn't solve the
(free) parking problem but will be closer to street parking. Feel like
moving swapfest to Sundays?
