[BLU/Officers] Installfest

I spoke to Dave Bartos, our contact at the library. Volunteers will be able
to get into the library before 10AM. Since the room is smaller, we may not
have room for the big storage cases, but we will be able to store them in
the adjacent employee area. We probably don't need our own wifi. They will
have live cable internet in the room if we need cables. John and Ron will
not sponsor lunch as they have issues with dick miller,  but they probably
will reimbursement all or part afterwards.
