[BLU/Officers] Next installfest

building 36 room 112 is what Bill and I looked at. The Flea garage is
across the street, but the nearest Flea parking is a couple of blocks away.

I'm ok with this building and E-51. The big advantage here is its
adjacency to the MIT Flea.
