[BLU/Officers] Installfest and bbq

I just put in a request for E51-061 for Saturday, June 23.

For the BBQ, I'm thinking August 4 or 11 would be good. If a lot of
people prefer July, then July 21 or 28 would be okay. Personally, I
prefer August.

What are your thoughts?
