[BLU/Officers] Moving off of Wikispaces

The ancient server that the BLU website runs on is unsuitable for any
additional services like a wiki. Our secondary server died suddenly a
couple weeks ago, and I've ordered a replacement on ebay, which should
arrive by Wednesday. Hopefully I'll be able to start working on it by
Thursday. Once it's operational, we can add a wiki to it.

The dead machine wouldn't even POST, so I'm hoping that the hard
drives are intact and that just popping them into the new box will
resurrect the server.
