[BLU/Officers] Installfest

We had a successful installfest with several happy attendees
1. Nancy Allison solved a number of issues
2. Dan Moylan solved some stuff. Maybe needs more help
3. John Herda's system had booting issues. I was not able to get him up to
fedora 28, but we did get him up to fedora 25, and he should be able to use
the Gnome software center to go the rest of the way. I think his fedora 23
kernel may have had some corruption.

We made $115.00. While that is pittance it is better than Cambridge.

Dave Bartos is up for future installfest in Natick.
