[BLU/Officers] Next InstallFests

It's probably a good time to start planning our upcoming InstallFests. I
like to have at least 4 InstallFests per year, and we just had one last
month on conjunction with Kurt's IoTFest, so the plan should be to hold
three more in 2019. We decided a year or two ago that we should alternate
between MIT and Dick Miller's location at the Morse library.

I'm thinking either April/July/October, April/June/September, or
April/July/November would make sense. I figure we'd do the BBQ in August,
so I don't want to overload the month with both a BBQ and an InstallFest.
We're almost halfway through February, so I think March is not a good
option.

What are your thoughts? Any preferences regarding which three months you'd
like us to plan for?
