[BLU/Officers] BLU 25th Anniversary

The June 2019 BLU meeting will be our 25th anniversary. We should plan on a
cake and a pizza party, perhaps during the Q&A at 6:30 before the meeting.
Maybe also figure out additional activities we can do to commemorate the
milestone?
