I just got word from David Wieneke that we've got the place in Saugus reserved for the barbeque. The BCS Linux/Unix group is sponsoring a Pot Luck Barbeque on Saturday, August 5. We'll hold it at Camp Nihan, a boy scout camp in Saugus. We'll supply the charcoal; attendees should bring burgers, hot dogs, chips, soda, etc. I plan to start the grills around 1 PM. This will be a social event, rather than a formal meeting. Come prepared to have fun! We're expecting details (maps, procedures, rules ....) in the next few days from the people who operate the camp. I'll forward the information along once I get it. I'm told that there's a commuter rail station fairly close to the camp, for those who don't have access to automotive transportation. Please RSVP to linux-bbq at bcs.org. Thanks. -- John Abreau / Director, BCS Linux & Unix User Group / jabr at bcs.org The Boston Computer Society / 101 First Avenue, Suite 2 / Waltham, MA 02154 Voice +1 617 290 5700 / Fax +1 617 290 5744 / http://www.bcs.org
