PCB Layout packages

Does anyone know where I could find a freeware PCB layout package that does
auto-routing and placement, and that can read netlists? I am familiar with
Thomas Nau's "PCB" package, but it really only does drawing; it doesn't have
any routing or placement capabilities.

Thanks.
