When: Tuesday September 6, 1996, 6:30 PM
Where: Nashua, NH Public Library, 2 Court St, Nashua, NH.
Featuring: Ken Adams, Trainer for Empire Net.
Topics: Sifting out information on the web

The massive amount of information available on the Internet can be very
intimidating. The New Hampshire _ ISIG will be presenting different ways
to effectively *Search* & sift out information on the World-Wide-Web with the
objective of getting the information quickly and more accurately. Discussion
will cover topics such as
		** Cyberwise software will help us show how:
		" to connect to it???"
		" the Internet works "
		" many different areas are there to the Internet???"
		      And&
		*** Online w/Netscape, Internet Explorer and Win95:
		" What does OnLine (with all these databases out there???") mean
         	       {*Types of Online services*:}
			Online-Commercial  {AOL, Compuserve, etc...}
			Online-Public      {ISP's, National ISP's, etc...}
			Online-Private     {Corporate America, Adult, etc...}
		As well as:
			Education facilities
			Medical Research Institute's
			Public Contracts Information
You get the idea since there is really more information out there than you
really want
to know about most topics anyway. With the Internet we would like to show you
how to
make outlines for searching out information Online. As well as help you with
some new
URL's and maybe a few computer shareware softwares you haven't heard about
yet..:)   All
suggestions are welcome !!
