ok is the following hardware supported? It is a weird config, so thats why
I'm asking.

IBM THINKPAD Dock II w/ adaptec scsi adapter, and Future domain 2x scsi cd-rom
IBM Thinkpad EL
24 MB Ram
3c509- 3com combo in PnP mode, in the dock II
Etherlink - 3com III PCMCIA card in the thinkpad
Megahertz Xj288 PCMCIA modem in thinkpad.

can the BLU reccomend a distribution which might make the installation easier?
or better yet make any sense of the caldera preview II installation guide
on choosing bootdisk images? (It has this weird chart. I like red hats text
file better. lists each image, and the specs for it.) also the caldera cd
I have at the moment has kernel 1.2.13. thanks
