I propose we make it a simple process to add and subtract lists, and then we can set up work teams for projects. For example, we might have had an installfest list. we'd have a "fall linux bash" list. we might have a program committee list. These lists would be closed and controlled by the directors so the people-process of getting added was easy but the mechanics would prevent random list membership creep.
