Hi, Lar. We haven't touched bases in a while; I wanted to finalize the details of your talk at our meeting next week. We'll be meeting at M.I.T., as usual; for the next few months we're in Building 1, Room 390. The meeting is at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19. Last time we exchanged mail, we were discussing possible topics, and we kind of left things up in the air. One of your suggested topics was "Linux in a Student Environment", which sounded terrific. Is this what you plan to speak on? I'd also like to confirm what kind of equipment we need to bring with us. I assume you'll want an overhead projector? What else will you need? I was planning to bring along a box running Linux, primarily to display our web site during the meeting; if you have something you'd like to demo, let me know. Our next admin meeting is this Wednesday, February 12; you're welcome to join us. Part of the meeting will cover preparations for next week's meeting, and part will focus on our Boston LinuxCon, a show we plan to put on this fall. I envision something on the scale of the BCS Megameeting. -- John Abreau :: Unix Systems Administrator :: jabr at necx.com NECX :: 4 Technology Drive :: Peabody, MA 01960 :: 508-538-8425 Executive Director, Boston Linux & Unix - jabr at blu.org - http://www.blu.org
