You might check out Robert Ziegler's Linux FAQ: http://rlz.ne.mediaone.net/linux/faq/index.html While this is not specific to your situation, you could do something like add this to your lilo.conf: append="ether=11,0x6100,eth0" ROber's gaq talks about multiple ehternet cards, but some of the info may be relevant to your situation.
