BLU.ORG - down tomorrow for maintenance/upgrade

We'll be upgrading the BLU.ORG server on Wednesday afternoon and evening.
We will probably begin this around 5:00 pm or so, and the server will be 
unavailable until late in the evening. Web pages and mailing lists will be
offline until the upgrade is complete.
