Is there any depository of customized Red Hat install disks anywhere? I use debian, and need to maintain a reference partition of Redhat 5.1. The difficulty is that I have Adaptec aic7890 U2W adapters and no ide. Redhat uses syslinux but the install program expects the scsi driver to be a module and won't work with a builtin. The modules are on a compressed root image, in a compressed cpio file. A pain for someone who just wants one system up to boot occasionally. 5.2 boot disks don't work with 5.1. rob rir at mediaone.net - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
