Subject: Re: Sparc 5 Parts... What is the difference between the equip exchange and the MIT Flea? Are they the same? JM John, the Equipment Exchange is an old building on Albany Street. It is only open to the public on Tuesday and Thursdays from 11:00 - 3:00. Any decommissioned property from the university goes there. Anyone from the academic community can transfer it to their department within the first 30 days, after that anyone from the public can buy it for short $. Most of the stuff is junk but I got a working SPARC for $20- as well as lots of other older equipment and furniture. --Blake - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
