I'm running RH6 and now can no longer log on using my normal login. It lets me log in as root, but when I log in as a normal user, it accepts my name and password, then blinks the screen and returns me to the login screen. So I finally became so frustrated that I deleted my account and then set it up again using linuxconf. In my feeble mind I thought that would fix the problem. NO NO NO - I should of figured that the gods of simple problem resolution would not be available today. Any ideas, hints, suggestions???
