UPS recommendations?

Most consumer grade UPS units are "standby" devices, where
the batteries that power the DC/AC inverter are trickle
charged from the AC line.  The extra drain is negligible.

If, however, you get a "full cycle" unit, where the UPS is
constantly supplying power, the extra drain will depend on
the VA rating of the unit.  Check the specs.
